Compatible with compact frontage of 1,000 mm and can machine an inner diameter of up to 150 mm.
Besides general-purpose parts replacement, they offer easy machining of gears and workpieces for mass production.

High-precision machining
Structure minimized thermal deformation and full-closed control (option) enables in-process and size (gauge less) machining with high grinding accuracy.

High-efficiency machining
While retaining the inertia-reducing structure of the X-axis used in the TVG-15S, we've improved the TAC (constant power grinding) functionality by including a low-resistance, high-stiffness guide and a high-responsiveness servo motor, enabling high-efficiency machining.

Labor-saving technology
Loading/Unloading of workpiece and replacement of grinding wheel with robot enables long-term unmanned operation as a option.
