Two-shoe magnet system enables high-precision O.D. machining.
Its workpiece range matches that of THG-15S (horizontal internal grinder), enabling easy production line design.
Higher precision and consistent productivity
High-precision machining is achieved with a newly designed high-rigidity cross-feed and a linear motor for the X-axis (Feed axis), and a high-rigidity, high-power built-in motor for the wheelhead.
Its use of fully closed control contributes to consistent productivity.
Less changeover time
Loader, work spindle swivel unit, gauge drive to an NC system and adding Z-axis reduced alignment and changeover time.
