High productivity

TOYOMATIC-4000 is a motion controller that integrates high-performance PLC with a numerical control device. Besides featuring the conventional TAC (constant control of grinding load power) functions and gap eliminators, TOYOMATIC-4000 also minimizes lost time during control, meeting the demand for even greater cycle time reductions.

High safety

TOYOMATIC-4000 meets exacting world standards (EC directives and American UL Standards). Some of the specifications in those standards are adopted as standard specifications for this equipment.

Consistent grinding accuracy

High-speed gauge response. Control as fine as 0.1 µm (0.2 µm on diameter). Teaching TAC (constant control of grinding load power). Shock-free NC oscillation. Various correction functions for grinding wheel diameter variation. Dress cycle that supports use of CBN grinding wheel.

Ease of operation

Instant language switching (from Japanese to English, Chinese, or other). Data input screens with explanatory diagrams. Support for teaching of various dimensions. Easy-to-understand onscreen touch switches simplify operation.
