Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes
Toyo Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Yuichi Hayano) officially announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes effective November 1, 2024.
1. Reforming Our Organization
< Objectives >
The Company will build a system for aggressively engaging in new market development activities, a key issue, with an eye toward advancing the growth strategy of the Hard Coating Business.
In addition, in the existing Automotive Mold Business, it will consolidate sales groups operate separately at three bases into one organization while also integrating sales strategies and consolidating management operations, thereby strengthening its sales and market development system.

The Market Development Group will be newly placed within the Hard Coating Sales Department to consolidate and strengthen market development functions.
The East Japan Sales Group, Central Japan Sales Group and West Japan Sales Group will be reorganized to establish the Sales Group and to integrate sales strategy functions and transfer and consolidate management operations. In addition, these bases will be renamed the East Japan Sales Office, Central Japan Sales Office and West Japan Sales Office and be positioned subordinate to the Sales Group.
