Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes
Toyo Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Yuichi Hayano) officially announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes effective April 1, 2024.
1. Reforming Our Organization
< Objectives >
To advance the growth strategy of the Machine Tool Business Division, we will promote production reforms with the important aim of strengthening and reducing the cost of marketing operations and sales service operations, increasing the production capacity, and reducing the lead time.
Within the Automotive Components Business Division, the quality assurance system of the supply chain for all areas will be strengthened for the purpose of further improving customer satisfaction.

A new machine tool sales strategy room will be established, which will take over and strengthen the sales strategy operations of the Machine Tool Sales Department. In addition, the after-sales service operations of the Machine Tool Customer Service Department will be integrated into the Machine Tool Sales Department, and the department will be renamed to "Machine Tool Sales and Service Department."
The product inspection operations of the Machine Tool Customer Service Department will be integrated into the Machine Tool Production Department.
The quality assurance operations of the Automotive components Quality Assurance Department will be transferred to the Automotive components Planning & Promotion Department, and the inspection operations will be transferred to the Automotive components Production Department.
