Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes
Toyo Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Masahiko Ichida) officially announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes effective April 1, 2020.
1. Organizational Reform
< Objectives >
- To ensure independence and clearly define the quality assurance system in order to further advance the concept of “Quality First” that is the foundation of the TOYO brand.
- To establish and implement business strategies and plans across all departments for handling operations such as marketing of new technology and profit margin management of new projects in order to achieve expanded sales of automotive components, which is the main issue confronting growth strategies of the Toyo Advanced Technologies Group.
- To change organization names so they clearly indicate the affiliated department and corresponding operations.

- The “Machine Tool Quality Assurance Dept.” has been newly created and the quality assurance functions of the “Customer Service Dept.” have been transferred to this new department.
- The “Automotive Components Planning & Promotion Dept.” has been newly created, and the sales operations functions of the “Automotive Components Engineering Dept.” and the production management functions of the “Automotive Components Production Dept.” have been transferred to this new department.
- The names of the “Production Management Dept.”, “Development & Engineering Dept.”, “Customer Service Dept.”, and “Automotive Components Engineering Dept.” have been changed to the “Machine Tool Production Management Dept.”, “Machine Tool Development & Engineering Dept.”, “Machine Tool Customer Service Dept.”, and “Automotive Components Development & Engineering Dept.” respectively.
