Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes
Toyo Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Masahiko Ichida) officially announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes effective July 1, 2019.
1. Organizational Reform
< Objectives >
To integrate closely related tasks in order to enhance our risk management, compliance, and internal control responses as well as increase our work efficiency.
To enhance our check functions of the overall legal risks related to concluding and executing contracts with our expanding new overseas customers, especially with new customers from the United States and Europe.
To improve our legal compliance system according to the requirements specified in the current Companies Act in force.

We will transfer all the functions currently related to the Administration Department (General Affairs Gr. ) to the newly established Legal & Compliance Gr. (departmental level).
