Improving Our Servicing Work System for Machine Tools in Thailand and Malaysia
On October 18, 2017, Toyo Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Toyo Advanced Technologies,” headquarters: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, Japan, President and CEO: Masahiko Ichida) entered a servicing work contract with J COORDINATE Co., Ltd.* (hereinafter referred to as “JC”) for machine tools sold in Thailand and Malaysia by Toyo Advanced Technologies. Based on this contract, we started carrying out servicing work through JC in April with one of our technicians stationed on-site.
Our goal is to create a system that will allow us to provide our services quickly and efficiently, as well as to expand our machine tool sales.
