Notification of changes in Toyo's stockholders and Board of Directors

Effective July 20, 2012, Mazda Motor Corporation (Head Office: Fuchu-cho, Aki-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture; Representative Managing Director, President and CEO: Takashi Yamanouchi) has sold off the stocks that it held in Toyo Advanced Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Head Office: Minami-ku, Hiroshima City; President: Yasuto Tatsuta) to ITOCHU Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahiro Okafuji). This makes ITOCHU Corporation the largest stockholder in Toyo. Changes in Toyo's Board of Directors have been implemented accordingly.

ITOCHU Corporation has spread its business into 130 countries across the globe, and has particularly strong networks in the emerging nations, where high growth is expected in the future.

In the times ahead, we will be making maximal use of ITOCHU's rich experience, knowledge and global sales networks to expand our business and thereby to enhance our corporate value.
