March 15, 2000 Toyo Technicians Get Commendation Tomio Katsura and Takayuki Dobara of Toyo Advanced Technologies received official commendation on March 15 as "Highly-skilled Technician" from Japan Vocational Ability Development Association (JAVADA). A "Highly-skilled Technician" is referred to a person who can make high precision, high quality products using a special skill un-replaceable by machines. Katsura is an expert in machining and Dobara is in finishing.
